Omaza Innovations - Vice President - Finance & Accounts

Financial Management & Accounting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and payroll.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS, and management reports.

- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

Compliance & Regulatory Filings:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, etc.).

- Oversee regulatory filings with ROC, MCA, and other authorities.

- Handle audits (statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory) and liaise with auditors.

Governance & Controls:

- Establish strong internal financial controls and risk management processes.

- Implement systems for financial accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

Taxation & Advisory:

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including planning and assessments

- Advise management on financial structuring, tax efficiency, and regulatory updates

Strategic Role:

- Support leadership in financial planning and decision-making

- Provide insights to optimize costs and improve profitability

- Lead finance team and build strong reporting processes
