Market Strategy & Entry

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new international markets for expansion.

- Develop market entry plans, competitive analysis, and country-specific growth roadmaps.

- Collaborate with the payment gateway team to enable smooth local payment solutions in each market.

Streamer Acquisition & Retention

- Create policies, incentives, and onboarding processes to attract high-quality streamers in target markets.

- Build partnerships with local agencies, talent managers, and influencer networks.

- Ensure strong retention through relationship management and platform benefits.

Product Localization

- Work with the product team to implement localized features, content, and UI/UX for each country & region.

- Suggest and oversee changes that improve user and streamer engagement in the target

Growth & Marketing

- Partner with the performance marketing team to design and execute country-specific marketing campaigns.

- Monitor acquisition cost, conversion, and ROI metrics; optimize campaigns for profitability.

- Experiment with new growth channels relevant to the region (social, influencer, events, etc).

P&L Ownership & Reporting

- Own revenue targets and P&L for each country.

- Track KPIs, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for leadership.

- Prepare regular updates for the management team on market performance.
