Key Responsibilities

- The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from a market perspective.


This includes:

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

- Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, anticipate market trends, and understand customer needs.

Product Definition & Advocacy:

- Partner closely with the engineering and product management teams to define product strategy and roadmap.

- Act as the voice of the customer, gaining a deep understanding of the user experience to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas.

- Write functional specifications and create accurate business case evaluations regarding the benefits and losses of a product or application concept.

- Messaging & Content Creation: Develop compelling product messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market. Create high-impact marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and website content.

- Pricing & Business Strategy: Develop product pricing and packaging strategies based on a deep understanding of customer value, competitive landscape, and company profitability goals.

- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and content to effectively communicate the product's value proposition and close deals.

- Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of a product, ensuring its development, maintenance, and eventual retirement are based on market needs and business objectives.

- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure a cohesive and successful product strategy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this position.

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role.

- Proven experience in defining and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and senior leadership.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in competitive analysis, market sizing, and financial modeling.
