What will you do?
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India, from scouting locations to launching and managing store operations.
- Ensure stores meet brand standards, including visual merchandising, layout, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and manage ASMs, store managers, and sales staff to drive productivity and engagement.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment, and minimize wastage.
- Enhance customer experience by maintaining high service standards and addressing feedback efficiently.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and collaborate with the marketing team for brand campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and potential store locations.
- Negotiate leases, manage rental agreements, and oversee store setup and compliance.
- Ensure all regulatory approvals and operational readiness before store launches.
