Job Profile Summary:
- The Content Management and Reporting Lead, who reports to the Head of Service Governance Office, will be responsible for the design, development, and production of periodic and ad-hoc Management
Information around Legal Entity Governance, Service Level metrics, KPIs, KRIs, Operational Resiliency and Control to support Enterprise COO Objectives and Key Results.
- This role will interact with COO Global leads, Technology and Data Digital Teams to develop a reporting strategy that is robust and sustainable.
- The role will involve assessing current state, developing the future model and leading the program to transform COO reporting.
Major Duties:
- Responsible for the creation of reporting templates to synergize reporting across Enterprise COO.
- Coordination and collaboration as central point of contact for any Management related data activity and any other related management reporting.
- Prepare presentation decks for monthly/quarterly updates.
- Responsible for the buildout and leadership of an efficient and effective reporting team.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement and efficiency in reporting across Enterprise COO.
- Remains informed on Data Warehousing strategy to develop future focused reporting capabilities.
- Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.
Knowledge;
- Confident with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and related tools including but not limited to Power BI, ServiceNow, Fusion, Coupa.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Service orientation, professionalism, proactive and strong client/business focus, and accountability.
- Accuracy and attention to detail imperative.
- Strong analytical skills with the confidence to raise issues.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change in a high demand environment.
- Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g Peoplesoft) is required.
- Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
Experience :
- Experience managing teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Internal Partners 3 Years as an operations Manager or 1 year as a Division Manager.
