Business Head - Regional
Key Result Areas:
1. Revenue Growth:
- Retention, Repurchase and reactivation of Associate Buyers (AB).
- Execution of engagement activities with leaders, and store-level initiatives.
- Successful implementation of (WWP) Prime Sale, WW Sale, WWQ Sale, and PUC Sale.
- Increase in purchase value across all sales initiatives.
- Successful execution of leader engagement and category training programs.
- Conduct engagement activities at stores, including women empowerment events and health camps.
- Organize WWP Prime Sale, WW Sale, WWQ Sale, and PUC Sale with a focus on:
- ULP and ULP Quick implementation.
- Category-specific trainings.
- Leader engagement initiatives.
- Events and activities to boost sales and customer participation.
- Achieving sales targets across the country.
- Reviewing and helping Zonal & Area Business Managers in achieving their targets.
- Designing field activities to achieve numbers.
2. Process & System Compliance
- Compliance implementation across all processes.
- Increase reactivation, retention, and repurchase rates.
- Full compliance with SOPs across all operations.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for all operational processes.
- Monitor and report on compliance implementation.
- Implement strategies to achieve consistent growth in reactivation, retention, and repurchase.
- Uses of data analysis to plan and strategise.
3. Customer Experience
- Conduct engagement activities at stores, including category training, ULP Quick, food festivals, women empowerment events, and health camps.
- Organize leader engagement trainings (Smart Report Training, Leadership Training).
- Conduct engagement activities at 50% of active stores in the zone and 100% at newly opened stores.
- Train technical and royalty achievers in leadership and Smart Report Training.
- Ensure technical and royalty achievers participate in ULP Quick at stores monthly.
- Organize monthly Seva Divas events in every district.
- Ensure ULP Quick implementation by 80% of technical and royalty achievers at stores.
- Manage Zonal CRM to ensure timely registration and resolution of customer complaints.
- Improve the stores look, feel and sales as per compliance.
4. People Development
- Improve employee wellness scores and completion of wellness assessments.
- Promote self-learning and Individual Development Plans (IDP) for teams.
- Ensure alignment with RCM's values.
- Improve Great Place to Work (GPTW) scores.
- Reduce attrition rates.
- Increase the number of trainings attended and certifications completed by team members.
- Reflect RCM's values in daily operations
- Develop strategies to retain talent and reduce attrition.
Skills required:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and customer retention.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor compliance with SOPs.
- Experience in organizing events, trainings, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Commitment to fostering employee development and organizational values.
- Should have handled all India operations or at least 50 %
- Work Experience: 10 + years in Sales/Business Development or Retail Operations
