Intellipro is Hiring - Senior Recruiter (MSP Recruitment, FTE).

Location: Remote (India) | - Shift: US Time Zones (PDT/EDT) | Position: Full-Time Employee (FTE).

Key Responsibilities:.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for internal and client needs.

- MSP Recruitment: Work within an MSP framework, ensuring SLAs and compliance.

- Global Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit across multiple geographies and industries.

- Candidate Engagement: Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring discussions.

- Pipeline Building: Maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.

- ATS Management: Keep accurate candidate records in the internal ATS system.

- Offer Management: Drive the offer process and close candidates efficiently.

Requirements:.

- Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment (Non-IT), with global hiring exposure.

- MSP Expertise: Mandatory experience working within an MSP environment.

- Communication: Exceptional English fluency and interpersonal skills.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.

- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting SLAs and hiring goals.
