Nomura - Associate/Vice President - Electronic Trading Product Management

Roles & responsibilities:

- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for growth in relation to Nomura's Fixed Income electronic business.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategic presentations and documents for client pitches, marketing materials etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations for Fixed Income trading desks.

- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track market data and trends.

- Provide analytical support for client engagements including data analysis and research.

Skills required:

- Degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.

- More than 5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or related fields.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Experience with data analysis and market research.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Desired:

- Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Strong understanding of Flow Business (FI or FX) and financial markets.
