- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships with brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and enterprises to grow revenue streams.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.

- Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure smooth contract execution.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing opportunities to refine sales strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.

- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and drive revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in a marketing agency, digital advertising, media sales, or related industry.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
