As we prepare for our next phase of growth and funding, were looking for a driven, strategic, and fundraising-savvy Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our leadership circle and help us raise capital to scale across India and beyond.

About the Role

The EIR Fundraising will work closely with the founders and leadership team to develop and execute capital-raising strategies, build investor relationships, and position our EdTech platform as a category leader in personalized AI learning.

This role is ideal for someone who has either raised capital for startups, worked in VC/investment roles, or wants to transition into the startup space from finance or consulting with a strong passion for education and tech.


Key Responsibilities


- Fundraising Leadership: Develop and drive end-to-end fundraising strategy (Seed / Pre-Series A/Series A)


- Investor Relations: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with angel investors, VCs, and strategic partners (both in India and globally)


- Pitch & Collateral: Build compelling investor decks, financial models, and data rooms

- Strategic Positioning: Help define the company's fundraising narrative in the context of the EdTech and AI market

- Founder Support: Coach internal team and co-founders for investor meetings and due diligence

- Market & Investor Research: Track and analyze market benchmarks, funding trends, and strategic investor fits

- Optional: Support other strategic initiatives (product go-to-market, global expansion, partnerships)


What We're Looking For


- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, fundraising, investment banking, EdTech, or high-growth startups

- Proven track record of raising capital or managing investor networks

- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, especially around impact, innovation, and metrics

- Strong interest in EdTech, AI, or personalized learning models

- Based in or open to relocating/traveling to Hyderabad

- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action

- Experience in the Indian or global EdTech ecosystem


- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or platforms


- Understanding of education outcomes, pedagogy, or curriculum models
