Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales function for K6K12 1:1 mentoring solutions. The role requires a strong leader with expertise in closures, team management, and revenue scaling. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Telugu and English, with the ability to connect with diverse parent and student communities while driving innovative sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute revenue-focused sales strategies to drive consistent business growth.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve closures and exceed targets.

- Leverage Telugu communication skills to build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders in

regional markets.

- Drive innovative strategies for lead conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales pitches with market trends and product updates.

- Regularly review sales data, KPIs, and revenue pipelines to track progress and course-correct strategies.

- Recruit, onboard, and train sales talent; build a performance-driven sales culture.

- Deliver detailed reports on closures, revenue generation, and sales forecasts to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7+ years of proven sales experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong track record in closures, revenue generation, and scaling sales operations.

- Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.

- Prior EdTech experience in K6K12 segment preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to design and implement strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.

- High-energy, target-driven professional with a passion for building and leading teams.
