Role Overview:

We are seeking an IIT graduate in Physics or Chemistry with proven expertise and a strong YouTube presence to join us as Academic Head & Co-founder. This role offers 20% equity and a chance to shape the academic backbone of a growing education brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Leadership: Design, structure, and lead the academic curriculum for Physics or Chemistry for classes 8-12 and competitive exams.

- YouTube Engagement: Create and publish impactful educational videos to expand LearnLab's reach.

- Innovative Teaching: Develop engaging and effective teaching methods to improve learning outcomes.

- Team Development: Recruit, train, and guide subject mentors.

- Strategic Direction: As a co-founder, contribute to product development, marketing strategy, and company growth.

Requirements:

- Education: IIT graduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc.) in Physics/Chemistry or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years ,Strong teaching background (offline/online) with measurable student success stories.

- Digital Reach: Active YouTube presence with an education-focused channel.

- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and curriculum development abilities.

- Mindset: Passion for education, innovation, and startup growth.
