Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Gurugram branch, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across all functions.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of insurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for health insurance products. Drive new business acquisition and expand market share in the Gurugram region.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing client queries, concerns, and claims efficiently and empathetically to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Contribute to regional strategic planning, identify market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and develop localized initiatives to capitalize on growth potential.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance guidelines, insurance laws, and company policies and procedures within the branch operations.
- Manage branch expenses, optimize resource allocation, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze branch performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Significant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for experience in health insurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and insurance laws applicable in India.
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certifications in insurance management, financial planning, or related fields are a definite plus.
