Deputy Manager - Learning & Development


Key Responsibilities:



- Design, develop, and conduct various training programs across the assigned region, specifically addressing the diverse requirements of our Agency, Banca, Third-Party Distribution (TPD), and NBFC channels.


- Collaborate with regional heads and branch managers to identify training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities for various teams and individuals.


- Adapt and customize existing training materials to suit regional specificities and channel-wise requirements.


- Conduct frequent and focused branch visits across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to deliver in-person training, provide on-the-job coaching, and assess training effectiveness firsthand.


- Implement training initiatives aimed at improving product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, operational efficiency, and compliance awareness.


- Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements to L&D initiatives.


- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, product updates, and training methodologies to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.


Requirements:


- 3+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.


- Prior experience in conducting training programs is strongly preferred.


- Exposure to the financial services sector, particularly experience with Agency, Banca, TPD, or NBFC channels, is highly desirable.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.


- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate interactive workshops for diverse audiences.


- Ability to assess training needs, analyze performance data, and propose effective training solutions.


- Must be open to extensive travel to branches across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.


- Ability to work independently to manage regional training initiatives while also collaborating effectively with various internal teams.


- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
