- This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Yavatmal at Niva Bupa Health Insurance.

- The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing agency networks, recruiting and training agents, and meeting sales targets to drive business growth

- Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in managing agency networks and sales teams. Knowledge of health insurance products and industry regulations.

- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic planning.
