MAJOR ACTIVITIES
- Overall drive the Quality management.
- Lead the preparation for key reports and summaries for meetings such as IQM, QMMP, CQR, and CQOM, on an as-needed basis.
- Monitor key KPIs regularly and notify the Function & Field Engineering team of priority issues on a weekly basis to drive timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit the monthly RF1 KPI report for management review includes model-specific MIS reports.
- Taskforce management.
- Lead the model task force by reviewing progress, identifying gaps, and following up with the Functional & Field engineering team to ensure timely closure of outstanding concerns.
- Appropriate Field Repair(AFR) management.
- Review current AFR status and ensure proper follow-up with the satkeholders to drive AFR adoption and improvement actions.
- Durability & QCS concern.
- Review and align the durability & QCS concern list in coordination with AMIEO and NML DAT, and share the finalized list with the functional Engineering team on monthly basis.
- PQMO Validator(As a deputation to understand the concerns during project stage).
- QAP Preparation Risk assessment study , TCS project activity planning, Reoccurrence prevention study, PSQC plan.
- Milestone meeting preparation PT JM, SOP JM, DJM: Genshakai, C/M validation, MZK items confirmation, Service & Sales preparation confirmation.
