Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales, with a strong understanding of international markets and a proven ability to generate and nurture leads via platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
This is a key role that involves strategic outreach, client engagement, and end-to-end management of the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Identify potential markets, industries, and clients to uncover business development opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Source and qualify leads through multiple channels including cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Client Communication: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs and effectively presenting company solutions.
- Proposal Development: Assist in crafting tailored proposals, business pitches, and presentations to address client requirements.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts, coordinate client meetings, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage all sales opportunities via CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales, particularly for software products and services.
- Proven experience dealing with international clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
