
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct detailed research to identify target markets, industry verticals, and potential clients aligned with Nirmitee.ios Healthtech and Fintech offerings.
- Analyze competitor landscape and industry trends to inform strategic outreach and positioning.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively source and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn, Upwork), and attending relevant virtual/in-person networking events.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Nirmitee.ios products and services, tailoring messages to client requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Proposal & Presentation Development:
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, business pitches, and product demos.
- Assist in preparing detailed commercial proposals and presentations that resonate with client expectations.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Manage all sales activities and client interactions systematically within the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all lead, prospect, and client information.
- Track progress against sales targets and report regularly to sales leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition of projects post-sales.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to support continuous product and service improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically software products or services.
- Proven experience engaging with international clients across diverse geographies.
- Strong understanding of global IT market dynamics and cultural nuances in business dealings.
- Proficient in using sales tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, with exceptional time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events (if applicable)
