Job Title: Business Unit Head - North India

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and ensure profitability.

- Operations & Process Optimization: Oversee project execution, implement SOPs, and enhance efficiency through automation.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Customer & Key Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues proactively, and drive repeat business.

- Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in an operations-focused startup or a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates with primarily strategy-focused experience will not be suitable for this role.

- Engineering graduates from IIT/NIT/BITS are preferred. Candidates from other institutions with strong operations experience may also be considered.

- MBA candidates are not preferred.

- Strong experience in operations execution, team management, and customer-facing roles.

- Proven ability to manage P&L, optimize costs, and drive financial performance.

- Hands-on experience in scaling operations, process automation, and efficiency improvements.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
