Role Overview:
As the AGM - North India, you will be responsible for P&L management, operations, team leadership, and key account management for the region. You will oversee project execution, optimize processes, build a high-performing team, and ensure customer success. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong operational background, capable of scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and ensure profitability.
Operations & Process Optimization: Oversee project execution, implement SOPs, and enhance efficiency through automation.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Customer & Key Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues proactively, and drive repeat business.
Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in an operations-focused startup or a fast-paced environment.
- Engineering Graduates from IIT/NIT/BITS will be preferred for the role. Candidates from other colleges with strong operations experience may also be considered
- Strong experience in operations execution, team management, and customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, optimize costs, and drive financial performance.
- Hands-on experience in scaling operations, process automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
