Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales for large key accounts across the government, corporate, and energy sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IT sales and a deep understanding of the energy domain, including IT infrastructure, Data Centers, and energy-related technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Sales Leadership: Independently handle medium to large key accounts, with a proven sales track record in the IT industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic technical expertise to position and sell Data Centers, IT servers, storage, networking, security solutions, and energy sector IT needs (including renewable energy tech, energy storage, and smart grids).
- Energy Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of IT solutions tailored to the energy industry, including energy efficiency solutions, smart meters, IoT for energy, and sustainable energy technologies.
- Tender Expertise: Full knowledge of government tenders and the ability to work with both government/PSU clients and large enterprises, especially in the energy and utilities sectors.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and clients in the energy space, and structure large, complex deals, ensuring alignment with industry-specific needs.
- Business Development: Responsible for maintaining and expanding business from existing clients, as well as generating new business from untapped energy sector accounts.
- Sales Contributor: Act as an individual sales contributor with a focus on hardware, services, and energy domain-related IT concepts.
- High Energy and Passion: A die-hard sales professional with a passion for technology solutions, especially in the energy space, capable of driving sales from both end-user and OEM perspectives.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record for consistently exceeding multimillion-dollar sales quotas.
