Reports to Position: Director MSBD

Job Purpose:

The Manager B2C Sales for NICMAR will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2C sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration.

Job Outline:

- Develop and execute a strategic B2C sales plan aligned with NICMAR sales program objectives, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and market penetration.

- Oversee the implementation of CRM systems and sales tools to track performance, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue.

- Define and optimize sales processes, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric journey from lead generation to enrollment.

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- Lead initiatives to expand into new markets, customer segments, and geographic regions.

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Specification:

Knowledge/Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

Specific Skills:

- Extensive experience in B2C sales specifically in digital education space

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of creating high-performing teams.

- Expertise in sales strategy, process design, and CRM system implementation.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for both internal collaboration and external client engagement.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on results, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Desirable Experience:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.

- Prior experience in EdTech, digital education, executive education or higher education is ONLY preferred.

- Demonstrated success in setting up scalable sales operations and driving revenue growth.

- Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement.
