New Street Technologies - Product Manager

What your life @ New Street would look like

- Contribute to the ideation, design, and execution of AI/ML-driven use cases in FinTech, BFSI, DeFi, and AgriTech. Familiarity with blockchain/Web 3.0 is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle: from requirements gathering and design to development, launch, feedback, and iteration.

- Work closely with product design and engineering teams to build intuitive user experiences and scalable features.

- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and deliver product roadmaps that align with business vision and market needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help improve products and keep them competitive.

Our ideal squad mate has

- Product management experience in BFSI/FinTech/Neo Banking/AgriTech, preferably with consumer or B2B SaaS products.

- Exposure to lending, payments, remittances, or digital banking systems.

- Understanding of core banking, digital payments, or related financial platforms.

- Experience working with AI/ML applications (chatbots, personalization, analytics, or GenAI tools).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (MBA/MS is a plus).

- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and Agile product development.

- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
