Job Title: Senior Manager Total Rewards

Location: Bangalore, India

Reports To: Director Total Rewards

Department: Human Resources


Function Summary

The Senior Manager Total Rewards will own the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with the companys strategic objectives and talent philosophy. This role ensures that total rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Execution

- Develop and administer compensation policies and process.

- Participate in market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits, assess companys competitive position and provide recommendations.

- Provide recommendations on bonus plans, and equity programs.

Benefits Management

- Design and manage employee benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.

- Analyze cost containment strategies and ensure benefits are aligned with HR and business strategy.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits.

- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all total rewards programs.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication of total rewards programs.

- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits practices.


Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company.

- Strong analytical and modelling skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.

- Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential.

- Tech-savvy with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
