About the Role:

- We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in defining the future of our AI-powered platform.

- This role is less about technical execution and more about strategic leadership, customer-centric innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

- As the bridge between technology, business, and customers, you will be responsible for guiding the roadmap, ensuring that our AI-driven features not only perform exceptionally but also create meaningful value for fleets, drivers, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape Product Strategy: Define and execute the vision for AI-driven safety features and analytics, ensuring they meet evolving customer and market needs.

- Customer-Centric Innovation: Partner with fleet operators across geographies to deeply understand their challenges and translate them into impactful product experiences.

- Performance Excellence: Monitor key success metrics (accuracy, adoption, customer satisfaction) and use insights to drive continuous platform improvements.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer success teams to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions.

- Release & Roadmap Ownership: Drive the product roadmap, align release cycles with business priorities, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

- Elevate User Experience: Work closely with the design team to make interactions with features, alerts, and dashboards intuitive and impactful.

- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

- Market Leadership: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to ensure Netradyne remains ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:

- A strategic product leader with at least 10 years of experience in technology, including 5+ years in Product Management roles.

- Proven expertise in managing AI or analytics-driven platforms, ideally with exposure to computer vision or related technologies.

- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes and customer value.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

- Experience in fleet management, video telematics, or transportation technologies is a strong plus
