Position: Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, uncompromising, and competitive professional with a proven track record in end-to-end sales within the technology sector. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our cutting edge AI-based vision technology to commercial fleets. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement and solution design to closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

- Manage end-to-end sales, focusing on acquiring new customers across various industries (small, medium, large, public sector) with commercial fleets.

- Drive engagement with customers from initial interaction through to contractual agreements, with a focus on achieving company's top-line and bottom-line goals.

- Present the overall solution, provide guidance and support during initial interactions and Proof of Concept (POC) stages, and ensure the success of trials.

Relationship and Solution Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact during the sales qualification stage.

- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to design the most optimal solution tailored to the customer's pain points.

- Facilitate a smooth transition to the Customer Success Management (CSM) teams upon customer onboarding.

Industry Engagement and Market Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape by attending workshops and events.

- Liaise with marketing teams to conduct events and workshops to generate new inquiries.

- Support CSM teams with market intelligence and insights to help drive product adoption and usage.

Customer Advocacy:

- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing customer needs and interests.

- Foster customer engagement and loyalty by conducting regular check-ins, providing updates on new features, and sharing best practices.

Required Skills

Experience:

- 7-8 years of experience in end-to-end sales management.

- Proven track record within the Automotive Telematics, Fleet Management, IoT, Embedded Systems, SaaS, Software, Data Analytics, or ERP solution space.

Working Model:

- A willingness to operate in a field sales role with up to 50% travel.

- Proven ability to function effectively as an individual contributor with a track record of achieving yearly revenue targets.

Education:

- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and SaaS-based solutions.

- Strong understanding of computer-vision based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS).

- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Experience selling to small, medium, large, and public sector enterprises.
