About the Role:.

We are looking for an experienced Digital & Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in SEO, content strategy, and performance-driven digital marketing for the US Healthcare B2B market.

This individual contributor role requires expertise in managing large content-heavy websites, optimizing for organic growth, and executing data-driven marketing strategies.

If you have a proven track record in SEO, content marketing, and analytics-with experience in KPO, BPO, ITO, or US marketing-we want to hear from you!.

Key Responsibilities:.

SEO & Website Optimization.

- Conduct in-depth SEO audits, technical optimization, and competitor analysis.

- Develop & execute strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

- Optimize on-page, technical, and off-page SEO for maximum visibility.

Content Strategy & Performance Marketing.

- Conduct keyword & competitor research to shape a data-driven content strategy.

- Align SEO efforts with lead generation & organic traffic growth.

- Manage on-page & off-page SEO (link building, outreach, and authority building).

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

- Track & report key metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates.

- Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, for insights & optimization.

- Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align digital strategies.

- Effectively communicate performance insights to leadership.

Industry & Market Knowledge.

- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends in the US market space.

- Understand keyword research & content strategy.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

- 5 to 8 years in SEO & performance marketing (B2B US market).

- Prior experience in KPO, BPO, ITO, or Healthcare marketing (RCM, provider services, etc.

- Proven ability to manage large content websites and drive organic growth.

- Expert in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).

- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot Marketing).

- Experience with WordPress CMS.

Soft Skills:.

Highly organized & detail-oriented (handling complex websites).

Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.

Excellent communication & project management skills.

Work Environment & Location:.

Hybrid role - Work from our Gurugram office (3 days a week).

- US Central Time overlap required (partial/full as per business needs).
