Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead, recruit, and foster the development of an exceptional team of software engineers.
- Spearhead the delivery of a highly scalable cloud-native service, collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product management, customers, and stakeholders to delineate requirements, scope projects, and deliver products in agile, iterative cycles.
- Mentor the team on innovation, modern design, and service engineering principles.
- Provide support for customers and operations within a DevOps model.
- Lead by example, embodying a growth mindset, inclusiveness, teamwork, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Hold a BE/B.Tech/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 12+ years of industry experience in developing and shipping software using .NET/C#, Angular, React, Python and front-end frameworks.
- Possess experience working with micro-services, APIs, relational and non-relational database.
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices including test driven development (TDD), unit testing discipline, agile development and CI/CD strategies.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in people management.
- Exhibit strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Possess excellent planning, execution, and communication skills.
