Role Overview:
Navitas Life Sciences is expanding its business development team and is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Unit and ensuring growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives
- Set and monitor team sales targets and strategies
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Design and implement strategic sales plans for revenue growth
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Apply best practices in sales planning and evaluation
- Analyze sales statistics to understand market demand and customer preferences
- Build deep knowledge of client industries and needs
- Drive individual as well as team performance targets
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record in individual and team sales performance
- Strong commercial acumen and domain expertise
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proactive, target-oriented with strong motivation to achieve goals
- Expertise in sales forecasting, planning, and sales cycle management
- Professional communication skills and stakeholder management
