Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through various channels including digital campaigns, channel partners, and direct inquiries.
- Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored property solutions.
- Conduct site visits and convert inquiries into closures with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal) to ensure a smooth buyer experience from inquiry to handover.
- Track and report sales activities, maintain client data and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Understand competitive market offerings and suggest strategies to improve positioning.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, offer structuring, and promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong network of HNI clients, investors, and channel partners in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of consistent target achievement.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, high-ticket sales with professionalism.
- Graduation required; MBA preferred.
