Profile :
- Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the general trade channel. Leading a sales team, managing distributor relationships.
- Sales management, channel management, sales commercial management marketing.
- Strategic thinking, Decision Making, creativity, leadership and goal orientation, initiative and process oriented, analytical with strong people management skills.
- The incumbent should exhibit entrepreneurial zeal, be hands on and should be able to manage sales as a profit center.
