Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and drive sales for our ultrasound machines across India. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with doctors, radiologists, and healthcare professionals, along with a proven track record in selling medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Develop and implement a nationwide sales strategy for ultrasound machines.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, radiologists, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.

Key Account Management:

- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Set and monitor sales targets for regional teams.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure sales growth.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.

- Work closely with the marketing team to drive promotional activities.

- Develop pricing strategies and discount structures to maximize revenue.

Collaboration & Compliance:

- Coordinate with the product and service teams for seamless customer support.

- Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

- 18+ years of experience in selling ultrasound machines or other medical imaging equipment.

- Strong network and relationships with doctors, radiologists, and healthcare decision-makers.

- Proven track record in sales leadership and business expansion.

- Ability to lead a national sales team and drive results.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel across India as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.

- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

- Prior experience working with leading ultrasound machine brands.
