National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business & Sales Leadership- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability goals.
- Lead key account management initiatives to enhance relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Drive new market penetration strategies by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing competitor movements, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Establish and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and action plans for sustained business growth.
Marketing & Brand Management- Spearhead new product launches and execute marketing campaigns to position the company's products effectively in the market.
- Develop strategic alliances with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive threats.
- Build corporate branding initiatives, ensuring strong visibility and credibility in the healthcare industry.
Team Leadership & People Management- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Monitor and improve sales productivity across regions, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Foster an ethical and compliant work environment, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations (HCOs), patient organizations (POs), and government bodies to drive long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute key account engagement and retention strategies.
- Identify and drive business transformation initiatives through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Financial & P&L Management- Drive revenue and profitability by optimizing sales performance, pricing strategies, and cost management.
- Establish financial discipline and assess commercial decisions based on impact on brand, customer, and business P&L.
- Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
