Position: National Sales Manager - Commercial PC | B2B Sales | Channel Management.
Location: Delhi NCR.
We are hiring an experienced National Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution for Commercial PC products in a high-potential territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
- Own and drive the nationwide sales strategy for ASUS Commercial PC products (Notebooks, Desktops, AIOs, Workstations).
- Develop and execute territory-wise go-to-market plans and partner engagement models.
- Identify and build partnerships with top-tier SI/VAR/Distribution partners across India.
- Lead national Sell-In, Sell-Out, and Sell-Through planning and execution.
Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team including Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Account Managers.
- Define team KPIs and performance metrics; ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Channel Management:
- Strengthen the SI/VAR and Distribution ecosystem by expanding partner base and maximizing partner productivity.
- Ensure quarterly activation of channel partners and develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Enterprise Sales Enablement:
- Engage directly with large enterprise customers across key verticals (Manufacturing, BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, etc.) to drive strategic deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutioning, pricing strategy, and service delivery.
- Lead key account mapping, funnel development, and closure planning across the national enterprise base.
Sales Operations & Forecasting:
- Prepare and maintain a rolling national sales forecast based on funnel analysis and market trends.
- Ensure effective pricing and margin management, along with inventory control across regions.
- Oversee the GeM business, tenders, and rate contracts in collaboration with relevant teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Service teams to drive 360-degree business growth.
- Plan and execute local and national-level marketing activations, training sessions, and partner enablement programs.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor performance, pricing, and channel movements to refine ASUS's positioning.
- Analyze and report on market dynamics, tax/GST implications, and partner trends to management.
Candidate Profile:
- 13+ years of experience in IT Hardware Sales, with at least 3 years in the Commercial PC segment or related domains like peripherals/networking/products sold through SI/VAR channels.
- Proven track record of leading large teams, building new territories, and scaling channel-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of distribution management, enterprise deal structuring, and channel partner development.
- Extensive experience in consultative selling, legal contracting, and large account closure.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive, strategic vision, and high ownership.
- Strong existing network across national distributors, VARs, SIs, and enterprise CXOs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
