Job Description
The National Sales Manager Liabilities will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth in the Affluent and Acquisition PAM team through New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisitions, revenue generation, and portfolio expansion. This role demands strong leadership, strategic execution, and close alignment with compliance and regulatory standards to ensure consistent performance across teams nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive book growth by acquiring NTB clients and maximizing revenue through fee-based products.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the existing client base and attract new affluent clients.
- Expand the Fixed Deposit (FD) book across both domestic and FCNR segments.
- Ensure team capability building through continuous training on products, processes, and certifications.
- Monitor and control attrition levels to maintain team stability and productivity.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory, risk, and audit requirements.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and motivation to regional sales teams to deliver on business objectives.
