We are hiring for a client who is India's largest battery swapping network for electric two and three wheelers.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Head - Offline Demand Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand for our company's battery swapping stations by onboarding EV drivers and ensuring sustained usage through strong relationship management and communication.

This role directly contributes to our mission by expanding our user base and ensuring a seamless on-ground experience, making it a key driver of our growth and network adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively onboard two-wheeler and three-wheeler EV drivers onto our battery swapping platform through field engagement and relationship building.
- Develop and implement localized driver acquisition strategies in the assigned territory.
- Educate and inform potential users about the benefits and operational flow of our swapping stations.
- Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with drivers to ensure retention and repeat usage.
- Analyze driver behavior and provide feedback to the product and operations teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve barriers to demand growth.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college is preferred (e.g., IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.)
- MBA is a plus but not essential.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in offline/field sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer products, or any industry involving direct customer interaction.
- Proven track record of demand generation and customer onboarding.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with on-ground execution, direct customer interactions, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to think analytically and execute tactically.
- Willingness to work in the field regularly to drive results.
- High level of ownership and self-motivation.
