Responsibilities :
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals, implementing corrective measures to address any performance gaps.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement effective engagement strategies to reduce attrition rates and foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
- Market Analysis & Business Growth: Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, proactively adjusting business strategies and product offerings.
- Training & Development: Spearhead training initiatives for the sales team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Business Expansion & Profitability: Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive long-term revenue growth and improve overall profitability.
- Process & Digital Optimization: Lead end-to-end process optimization, enhance product delivery efficiency, and streamline digital channel acquisitions for market penetration.
- Performance Management: Instill a performance-driven culture by setting ambitious targets, driving process improvements, and implementing innovative methodologies.
- Financial & Sales Forecasting: Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and reports to align with business plans and maximize revenue growth.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies, including online promotions and website marketing initiatives.
- KPI Achievement: Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, operational efficiency, cost management, and customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in Industrial Loan Against Property or MSME LAP products.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the microfinance industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the relevant regions.
- Ability to travel extensively (20 days a month).
