Hiring: National sales Head EV (Only from EV Battery)

Role: Sales Head

Exp:15-25 yrs

What's need for the role/mandate's for the role:

- only someone from EV 3 wheeler Battery, Lithium Battery

- Rich ex into EV Battery distribution, channel sales

- currently working in the capacity of national sales head for EV battery companies

- currently based out at Delhi-NCR or willing to relocate

- Only someone from Distribution, channel sales background

- reach/write only if have similar exp

- candidate from International sales/Global sales are not fit

- Only from domestic/India exp is required

Job Summary:

The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the channel sales and distribution network for electric 3-wheelers across the country. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, expanding market reach, building strong dealer and partner relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets for the electric 3-wheeler segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives for electric 3-wheelers.

- Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and partners across regions to maximize coverage and market penetration.

- Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the channel sales network.

- Market Expansion: Drive initiatives to expand market share in existing regions and explore new territories.

- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote electric 3-wheelers through channel partners and promotional activities.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring high levels of engagement, support, and satisfaction.

- Training & Support: Provide training, product knowledge, and support to channel partners to ensure effective sales and after-sales service.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in 3w Battery , automotive, or related industries.

- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and channel networks at a national level.

- Strong understanding of electric vehicle market dynamics and distribution channels.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
