Job Description:


- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven National Sales Head to lead and manage our dairy division & national sales operations.

- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dairy industry, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

- This role involves overseeing the national sales strategy, building and managing high performing sales teams, and establishing strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue and market share goals within the dairy sector.

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

2) Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the national sales team to deliver exceptional results.

- Build and sustain high-performing sales teams across different regions.

3) Sales Execution & Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth execution across all regions.

- Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of products.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key retail, distribution, and wholesale partners across the country.

4) Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

- Ensure a customer-first approach, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate and close high-value sales agreements with strategic clients.

5) Budgeting & Reporting:

- Manage the national sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales growth.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.

- Monitor the effectiveness of sales programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of the dairy industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and distribution channels.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and achieving financial targets.

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or dairy industry
