Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a National Head - Sales. The National Head will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback on product performance and customer needs. They will also be responsible to handle and grow company's institutional business across India.

- Build realistic business roadmaps that focus on sustainable growth.

- Responsible for leading and managing the sales team and strategy for a cattle feed business at a national level.

- Driving sales & business operations with focus on accountability of Profit/Loss.

- Handle and grow company's institutional business.

- Min 7-10 years of experience as a National Head in Cattle Feed Sales.
