Position: National Sales Head - Enterprise Sales
Experience Required: 15+ Years
Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic National Sales Head to lead our enterprise sales function across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B & Enterprise Sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth. This role demands a leader who can strategize, drive, and execute high-value deals, build strong client relationships, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the national enterprise sales strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and build scalable sales models.
- Drive revenue growth, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
2. Enterprise Client Acquisition & Management
- Lead strategic enterprise account acquisition across industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
- Ensure deep engagement with clients to identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
3. Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a national sales team across regions.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor performance to ensure delivery excellence.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth deal closures and service delivery.
- Provide market insights to influence product enhancements and new offerings.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting.
- Track key performance metrics and present regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all commercial and contractual obligations.
Key Requirements:
Education: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum 15+ years in B2B / Enterprise Sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role managing pan-India sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong network and relationships with decision-makers across industries.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing large, geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
