National Placement Head - Education Industry

We are hiring for the National Placement Head position for a premier Aviation education industry.

Job Summary:

The Placement Head shall be responsible for overseeing and ensuring excellent placement of students in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service Industry.

Key responsibilities associated with this role are as under:

1. Placement: Ensuring minimum 90% placements of students in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service Industry . Leading and managing the placement drives at the centres across the country. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to the students to ensure excellent placements. Ensuring excellent Hospitality to the clients during the Interviews

2. Employer Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of employers across the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries. This involves reaching out to companies, understanding their hiring needs, and fostering partnerships that benefit both the organization and the students. Must be having excellent connect in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service Industry.

3. Networking: Actively networking within the industry to stay updated on job market trends, industry requirements, and emerging career opportunities in the Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service Industry.

4. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of student placements, employer contacts, job postings, and other relevant information. Analyzing this data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions to improve placement services.
