- Responsible for Market share in national key Accounts for various Modern trade channels.
- Negotiating TOT [Delivering Topline as per AOP, Gross Margins and managing Trade Spends with sales promotion planning along with JBP closure with the account].
- Tracking competition activities/Price Benchmarking/Partnerships at regional and national level along with internal sales operations team and customer's regional team to analyze any threat to Market share within.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders (SCM, Finance, Quality) for enhanced customer centricity.
- Budgeting and forecasting for incorporating the spends/provisions as per product.
- Sales Promotion Planning - Planning internal marketing calendars of promotions, activations and New Product introduction and aligning the same with customers and ensuring implementation through Sales operations team.
