Reporting To: Head - E-Commerce

Role Overview:

As a National Key Account Manager - EC, you will be responsible for managing and growing the e-commerce business across major platforms. This includes driving sales, optimizing brand presence, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies to drive e-commerce revenue growth, optimize promotional plans, and ensure profitability.

- Account Management: Manage key online retail platforms (marketplace/grocery/Q-commerce), negotiate trade terms, and enhance customer experience.

- Market Insights & Analytics: Monitor sales performance, category trends, and campaign ROI to drive strategic decisions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, finance, trade marketing, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor Key Account Executives to build a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA preferred with 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Key Account Management, or Digital Sales (FMCG industry preferred).

- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a results-driven approach.

- Experience in brand execution, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies is a plus!
