1. Serve as the primary liaison for major e-commerce accounts at a national level.
2. Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs.
4. Develop and execute strategic account management plans to maximize revenue.
5. Align account strategies with the company's overall business goals.
6. Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and propose tailored solutions.
7. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
8. Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective account management.
9. Track and analyze account performance, sales data, and key metrics.
10. Provide actionable insights to enhance performance and mitigate challenges.
11. Present regular reports to senior management on account progress and market trends.
12. Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer
Qualifications:
Education: MBA from a reputed B-School.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the e-commerce or digital sales space.
Skills:
