Experience Requirements (MANDATORY):
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Indian software partner channel development
- Must have created and sold local/regional software solutions (Miracle, Busy, Marg, Focus,Tally, or similar) through partner networks
- Proven track record of building software partner ecosystems for mid-market segment inIndia
- Demonstrated success in scaling software partner programs across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Experience managing software partnerships worth $2-5M in annual revenue (mid-marketfocus)
- Background in direct software sales with at least 3+ years selling to SMEs and mid-level companies
Industry Experience:
- Technology, Software, or IT Services industry background preferred
- Experience with B2B partnership models (VAR, ISV, SI, Distribution)
- Knowledge of Indian business landscape and regional market dynamics
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and channel conflict management
- Mid-Market Software Industry Knowledge (ESSENTIAL)
