National Head Busbar Trunking & Busduct Systems

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement national strategies for sales, marketing, and operations of Busbar Trunking & Bus duct Systems.

- Lead and mentor regional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure & data center sectors.

- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product management teams to ensure product-market fit and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

- Present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering;

- Minimum 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, with significant exposure to Busbar Trunking Systems, Bus duct or related power distribution technologies.

- At least 7 to 10 years in a senior leadership role managing Pan India operations.

- Strong technical understanding of LV/MV Busbar Trunking & Bus duct Systems, installation practices, and applications.

- Demonstrated success in business development, team leadership, and strategic planning.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
