Experience : Minimum of 12-15 years of overall experience, including at least 8-10 years in revenue-driven enterprise / B2B Sales roles. Demonstrated success in sales management and deal closures is essential. Experience in managing and expanding the share of wallet from a client portfolio is highly desirable. Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to handle teams and create roadmap to achieve AOP goals
- Business Acumen : Exceptional business acumen, including market knowledge, sales strategies, and a deep understanding of real estate trends in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
