Job Title: National Head - Channel Sales (Electric 3-Wheelers)

Location: NCR

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: CEO

Job Summary:

The National Head of Channel Sales for Electric 3-Wheelers will be responsible for developing and executing the channel sales strategy across the country. This role involves building a robust dealer network, driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring excellent customer service for electric 3-wheeler products. The candidate will lead a team of regional and area sales managers, collaborate with marketing, after-sales, and product teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Management:

- Identify, onboard, and develop a network of authorized dealers, fleet operators, and partners.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure high sales performance.

- Develop dealer training programs and support systems to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Formulate and implement the national channel sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for electric 3-wheelers through channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Market Expansion:

- Identify new market opportunities, regions, and customer segments for electric 3-wheelers.

- Work with marketing teams to promote products and brand presence in various channels.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional and district sales managers.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and incentive programs.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure effective inventory management, credit control, and after-sales support through channels.

- Implement CRM and sales tracking systems for real-time performance monitoring.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 12-20 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in electric vehicles (3w), automotive, or related industries.

- Proven track record of managing large channel networks and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of electric vehicle market dynamics and customer preferences.

- Ability to travel extensively across the country.
