National Account Manager
Job requirement: (Required education / experience / skills / know how) :

- Industry knowledge for handling smoothly Air & Sea Logistics.
- Skillful communication with internal and external to know how to apply the strategy of selling to reach your Targets.
- Having a good skill in Computer use, spoken & written communication of English, and advantages will be given to the candidatures, who know more local languages of our country.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experiences in same industry with Sales experience
- Accountable and responsible to work with our remarkable customers.
- Leverage the full support of our global teams.
- Strongly sales oriented with excellent service quality and deliver market-leading Logistics solutions.
- Work with energetic and likeminded individuals with a real team player.
- Self-disciplined and good time management;

- Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline.
Main tasks: (technical / professional / managerial):
- Develop sufficient portfolio of large national clients that qualify as the "next 50" (+1000 customers; A-Customers only); time spending on this actives 70-100%.
- Identify new business opportunities in collaborate with field sales and support to ensure growth attainment of National customers;
- Create awareness of the company's brand within the customer's organization and vice versa, and identify the key decision makers/influencer of the National account in the Area and build up a strong business relationship to them;
- Provide ongoing support to National customers to secure existing business by assuring reliability and increasing customer satisfaction;
- National support and development for Key Account Management (time spending on this actives 0-30%) supported by the company's Network.
- Work closely with the network and support teams to ensure delivering high quality of service, Engage other internal departments to improve customers' overall supply chain performance;
- Create SOP as per customer expectations and maintain updates and involve operation to guarantee understanding and execution of the agreements;
- Work closely with the customer to intimately understand their needs and ensure mutually agreed service and terms are delivered;
- Work collaboratively across the company to create and execute solutions that deliver value for customers;
- Proactively communicate development plans and account status to the management;
- Oversee the implementation process for new awarded business;
- Ensure collection of accounts receivable by Finance team and assist if necessary;
- AD-hoc tasks will be assigned by Department Head.
